This site is being developed to help people gain an understanding of Web site development. My method of learning and hence my method of teaching can be summed up in a simple acronym that we all know but never seem to practice "KISS".
I will step you through exactly how I learned to develop web pages. I started with a basic understanding of how computers and computer programs interact. This knowledge was gained while working 25 years on mainframe computer systems.
After retiring I took a few years off from computers, but after seeing so many ads on TV for Internet sites I said to myself "let's see what this all about". Okay, no more of my life story, let's get started.
